We will respond to each email with a confirmation, issuing you a collection time as close to yours as possible. Please let us know of any allergies that we would need to be made aware of. We cannot guarantee that suitable substitutions can always be made and as such not all orders will be able to be fulfilled. We don’t work all hours of the the day, so please allow time for us to respond.
